Overview: Envision a world wherein IDEX can be a launchpad for authentic next-gen leaders to build conscious companies, funds, initiatives, podcasts, substacks, research groups, consulting firms, etc. This is a small start, but we can feel the fire.

There are five elements to it, which are as follows.»

Element 1: Self-Learn: You will learn on your own from a curated list. The whole program is divided into three parts:

Regenerative Finance & Reimagining Capitalism: What are the core principles of building an impactful business? We have included several resources, from books to reading materials to podcasts.
Impact Investing: Core impact investing, regenerative finance, and innovative finance principles. We have focused more on the investing side than on impact measurement.
Consciousness, Stoicism, Zen Buddhism, and Spiritual Nourishment: IDEX cannot and should not be revived without covering these. This is essential so TOT are fully prepared to live a conscious, fulfilling, and content life. Impact starts with them first.

Element 2: Build: Without building a portfolio, learning is incomplete. We will give you three assignments aligned to the three topics mentioned above that will help you build your own portfolio in a way that will help you design an initiative, build an impact investing strategy, and write your life manifesto.

Element 3: Get Certified: IDEX will issue a certificate after completing the three assignments.

Element 4: Showcase your Portfolio: After you Build Your Portfolio (BYP) and get certified (GC), we will be happy to showcase one of your portfolios to the whole of the IDEX community of 15,000 plus & beyond so that you get the social recognition you deserve.

Element 5: Get Recommended: Many of you are applying for jobs, looking for a job switch, pivoting your career to impact investing, conscious capitalism, or going for an MBA. No matter your next step, after you are certified and showcase your portfolio to other IDEXers and the community, We will gladly give you a recommendation letter so you can grow and succeed.
